April in Chicago is a toss up! Temperatures can vary, so we recommend packing layers! The average high is around 59°F, with temperatures typically getting warmer as the month goes on. Evenings can be chilly, with average lows around 40°F, and April can bring some rain as well.
Our wedding celebration will be an adults-only affair, with the exception of immediate family. While we love your little ones, we hope you'll take this as an opportunity for a well-deserved night out!

Chicago is easy to get around, and there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts available throughout the city. Most neighborhoods and wedding-related destinations are just a short ride away.
Valet will be available at the University Club.
The wedding dress code is Black Tie. We encourage guests to dress up and make a night of it! For men, this typically means a tuxedo or a formal suits. For women, floor-length gowns or elegant formal dresses are perfect.
